What’s Up With “Covfefe”?
On May 31, 2017, President Trump posted a tweet:
“Despite the constant negative press covfefe.”
There was an immediate and dramatic response from all of mainstream media (MSM). You can still find many of their articles online, despite the fact that every one of them was WRONG. MSM employed their usual tactics; they:
mocked President Trump for the use of what they called a “made-up” word
insisted he didn’t know what he was talking about
vilified him for misspelling yet another word
proclaimed he was unfit for the office of President
attempted to brand him as mentally ill
